Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Robot Genesis Lab Experience Engine, APIs, or related infrastructure services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access the platform.
These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the “User” or “Developer”) and Robot Genesis Lab (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
API Usage Terms
Access to the Robot Genesis Lab API is strictly governed by rate limits and operational constraints designed to maintain system stability. You are responsible for ensuring that your automated scripts, agents, or client applications adhere to these limits.
Rate Limiting Protocol
Standard API access is limited to 10,000 requests per minute per authenticated token. Exceeding this limit will result in an automatic temporary suspension (HTTP 429 Too Many Requests).
You agree not to attempt to circumvent any rate limits or security measures implemented within the API infrastructure.
Simulation Resource Quotas
The Experience Engine allocates computational resources based on your subscription tier. Resource utilization is measured in Compute Credits (CCs).
- Unused CCs do not roll over to subsequent billing cycles.
- High-fidelity physics simulations (e.g., fluid dynamics, complex material interactions) consume CCs at an accelerated rate compared to standard kinematic models.
- Robot Genesis Lab reserves the right to terminate long-running simulation jobs that exceed predefined time-to-live (TTL) limits or exhibit erratic behavior threatening cluster stability.
Intellectual Property
Robot Genesis Lab retains all rights, title, and interest in the core platform, including the underlying engine, generic assets, and proprietary algorithms.
Ownership of Generated Policies
You retain full ownership of any neural network weights, control policies, behavioral models, or specific training data generated exclusively through your use of the Experience Engine (collectively, “User Artifacts”).
Robot Genesis Lab claims no ownership over the artificial intelligence models trained within our simulations, provided that such models do not incorporate proprietary Robot Genesis Lab base code outside the scope of authorized API interactions.
Liability Limitations
THE ROBOT GENESIS LAB PLATFORM AND APIs ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In no event shall Robot Genesis Lab be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the services.
Physical Hardware Deployment Warning
Policies trained in the Robot Genesis Lab simulation environment are not guaranteed to transfer safely to physical hardware. You are solely responsible for testing and validating any trained models on physical robots in controlled, safe environments. Robot Genesis Lab assumes zero liability for physical damage, injury, or catastrophic failure resulting from the deployment of simulation-trained policies onto real-world hardware.
